Tonia Olukoya joined Dizengoff W.A. as the Head of Human Resources & Administration in March, 2004.
Tonia Olukoya has over 14 years post graduation experience during which she has performed extensive Human Resources management role, Employee Relations, HR consulting and administrative work in PricewaterhouseCoopers, PwC Consulting and in the UK.
She started her years of professional training/career in PricewaterhouseCoopers and progressed to the position of Human Resources Consultant and HR Co-coordinator for PwC Consulting in West Africa (subsidiary company), before disengaging in 2003. During her career, she carried out Strategic Business re-engineering and Change Management assignment of various organizations.
She holds MBA in Management and is presently pursing PhD Degree in Psychology. She is a graduate of both Universities of Lagos and Edo state, an affiliate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) UK and Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (ACIPM) |
